  • Slovakia Post / DPD Shipping - United States: (5-20 Business Days)

DISCLAIMER: Depending on your location, there can be variations from the shipping times listed above. The couriers may need to employ subcontractors to conduct their deliveries at such specific locations.

Shipping Cost

Our current shipping rates are as follows:

  • Europe: Flat shipping rate of 8.00 EUR
  • United States: Flat shipping rate of 8.00 EUR
  • Rest of the word: Flat shipping rate of 12.00 EUR

We also offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders above 59 EUR (or equivalent in local currencies).

P.O Boxes, Military Bases and faulty addresses

Please note that the couriers that we use do not accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes or military bases. If such addresses — or addresses that are incorrect or typed using a different set of characters — are registered, the dispatch may be delayed, your order may be canceled, or the order may be sent back to us. Only the cost of the purchased items will be refunded if the order was delivered to this address and then returned to us.

Taxes and duties

Within the EU, VAT is added to the price at the checkout, unless you are a business owner with a VAT number. Customers from outside the EU are exempt from paying VAT.

Orders placed outside of the EU could be charged import taxes and customs when the Products arrive at their designated locations. The payment of any such import duties and taxes shall be your responsibility. Please be aware that we cannot control or determine the exact amount of these costs. To learn more, kindly consult your region's customs.

If import taxes are levied in your country, all couriers will charge a processing fee. This is typically a flat rate fee to cover their administrative costs associated with managing the paperwork and discussions with your country's customs authority.
