The Bracelet can be adjusted with a set of two metal alloy snap buttons. The wrist circumference in the video is 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) and the adjustability is set to first (tighter) set of buttons, which is just a bit tight, but not painful. I would say that the bracelet is suitable for wrists of 15.5 - 18.5 cm (6.1 - 7.3 inch) circumference.
