The Bracelet can be adjusted with a set of two metal alloy snap buttons. The wrist circumference in the video is 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) and the adjustability is set to first (tighter) set of buttons, which is just a tinybit loose, but fits perfectly about 3 cm (1.2 inch) farther on the arm. I would say that the bracelet is suitable for wrists of 16 - 18.5 cm (6.3 - 7.3 inch) circumference - perhaps even less than 16 cm, if you want it father on the arm.
